We provide supported housing to citizens who have been made homeless and have extra support requirements such as mental health challenges, domestic abuse, problems with drugs and or alcohol or they have come out of long term social care or prison and we provide a stepping stone back into mainstream accommodation, private or social. We have properties mostly in Rhyl and Denbigh and a few scattered further afield. We also provide floating support to people either in temporary accommodation after having been made homeless or to people in their own homes who are at risk of homelessness. We can only take referrals from Denbighshire County Council, so your first application can be made via SPOA (Single point of access). We have a community garden in progress which is open to all on Mondays between 1 + 4 pm
