The protection of your data is important to us!
Thank you for your interest in us!
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. If you visit our site, just want to get information or decide to buy our products, we aim to handle your personal data transparently, responsibly and confidentially. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure secure processing.
However, as a precautionary measure, we would like to point out that any data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Extensive protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Here we are available to answer all your questions on the subject of data protection!
Server Logfiles
When visiting our website, your browser automatically transmits so-called server log files. These log files are collected and automatically stored by the provider of the site. This includes the following data:
IP address
Date and time of the request
Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
Content of the request (concrete page)
Access status/http status code
Amount of data transmitted in each case
Website from which the request comes
Browser
Operating system and its interface
Language and version of the browser software
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The basis for this data collection is Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. f, GDPR. As the website operator, we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website.
The log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to clarify acts of abuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted.
Cookies
We use a technically required cookie on our site, which is set when you open an account with us. This is a so-called “session cookie”, which is automatically deleted as soon as you leave our site.
In principle, browsers can be set in such a way that you can
If cookies are generally deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
SSL or TLS encryption
Our homepage is SSL/TLS-encrypted to prevent third parties from reading the data you transmit to us via the website. This can be recognised by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in the browser line.
Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, the information from the enquiry form, including the contact details given there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Of course, we will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. f, GDPR) or for the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. b, GDPR).
The data remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after the enquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.
Plugins und Tools
We use the web analytics service on our site trackboxx. We use this data to statistically evaluate visitor access and analyse the use of our website. The data is stored anonymously on a server in Germany for this purpose and is subject to the provisions of the GDPR.
We do not use cookies or store any personal data. Rather, your IP address is used to generate a code that is then assigned to an anonymous user ID while you are on our website. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and is encrypted with a code that changes daily. It is therefore also not possible to “recognise” you when you visit our website again.
Tracking across pages, linking of data with other sources or passing on of information to third parties does not take place.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. f, GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the needs-based design and optimisation of our website.
If you still don’t want to help improve our site, you can always control this by using the “Do-Not-Track” function in your browser.
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, post or fax, the enquiry including all personal data resulting from it (name, telephone number, e-mail address etc.) will be stored and processed for the purpose of processing your request.
The transmitted data will be deleted or restricted in its processing after the processing of the enquiry has been completed (Art. 17 and 18, GDPR), provided that the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations (e.g. in the case of subsequent conclusion of a contract).
We regularly review the necessity of data deletions.
Contract processing
The data (name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) you provide for the use of our goods and services are subject to the statutory retention periods and will be deleted after these have expired.
Purposes of the processing
Processing of enquiries
Provision of contractual services and benefits
Product/System Support
Information about products and services
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the national regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act. The following legal bases of the GDPR are relevant for us:
6, Para. 1, lit. b
To fulfil a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
6, Para. 1, lit. c
To comply with a legal obligation.
6, Para. 1, lit. f
To protect our legitimate interests. We have a legitimate interest in offering our goods and services and providing the best possible service.
For other possible processing for which there is no legal basis (for example, an existing contractual relationship), we generally obtain your consent in accordance with Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. a, GDPR.
You have the right to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data.
You can also request the correction, blocking or deletion of your data at any time and – under certain circumstances – the restriction of processing. This is the case, for example, if you dispute the accuracy of your stored data. We usually need time to check this. For the duration of the check, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
Upon request, we will hand over data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible (right to data portability).
Revocation of consent to data processing
If a data processing operation is based on your consent, you can revoke your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to the collection of data in specific cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
If the data processing is based on Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. f, GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. Circumstances such as illness, other strokes of fate, particularly high interest in secrecy and/or protection of persons with a high protection classification can be considered as a special situation.
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data. Unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
In particular, you may object to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes.
Existence of automated decision making
As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of a breach of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The right of appeal is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we have used your data.
