SUMMER - DAY RETREAT
SUNDAY 2nd JULY ~ 11:30am-4pm
Hosted by Helen & Rachael...this summer wellness day will allow you to reconnect with your body and mind whilst taking some time out to rest, repair, relax and re-energise your body as well as connect with like minded souls.
A day filled of Yoga flows, Mindfulness, Qigong, relaxing Yin Yoga & a blissful Yoga Nidra at the end to finish off the day, so you literally float out of the studio.
BEGINNERS WELCOME!
Vegetarian/vegan light bite will be provided along with healthy snacks and hot drinks (Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements).

》12:50pm - Yoga Philosophy
》13:20pm - Qigong
》14:00pm - Lunch (provided)
