SPRING - DAY RETREAT
SATURDAY 1st APRIL ~ 11am-3:30pm
Hosted by Helen & Rachael...this spring wellness day will allow you to reconnect with your body and mind whilst taking some time out to rest, repair, relax and re-energise your body as well as connect with like minded souls.
A day filled of Yoga flows, Mindfulness, Qigong, relaxing Yin Yoga & a blissful Yoga Nidra at the end to finish off the day, so you literally float out of the studio.
BEGINNERS WELCOME!
Vegetarian/vegan light bite will be provided along with healthy snacks and hot drinks (Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements).
Example of the days itinerary:
11:00am - Welcome drinks/energy ball
11:15am - Yoga Flow/Breathwork
12:15am - Guided Meditation/Mindfulness
12:45pm - Lunch (provided)
13:15pm - Indian Philosophy
13:45pm - Qi-Gong
14:30pm - Yin & Yoga Nidra (The Yogic Sleep)
